Clinical Mentoring Overview
I-TECH and other organizations involved in human-capacity development designed to address the HIV and AIDS pandemic have recognized the critical importance of clinical mentoring as a component of training health care personnel. Over the past several years, I-TECH has acquired experience in implementing a wide range of clinical mentoring programs in a variety of contexts.
